Our all-purpose cleaners are derived from citrus bases and are diluted to concentrations that are safe for both automobiles and the environment. As members of this community, the health of our surroundings and the satisfaction of our clients hold equal importance to us.

    Do you have insurance?


    • Yes, we are fully licensed to provide services in the Victoria Greater Area and extend our coverage all the way up to Nanaimo, inclusively. Rest assured, we operate with full insurance similar to any reputable garage, including comprehensive liability coverage. The moment we take possession of your keys, we assume responsibility, ensuring that your vehicle is in safe, professional hands throughout the detailing process.

    How long does a detail take?


    • The duration of a detailing session can vary, ranging from 2 hours to up to 8 hours, depending on the specific services included in your chosen package. The exact timeframe will be clearly communicated and agreed upon during our initial consultation, allowing you to plan accordingly.

    What happens in the event of rain?


    • Rain is a significant aspect of life on our beautiful island, and there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to managing it. In the event of rain, we will reach out to you to discuss the best course of action based on the specific services you've selected and your ability to provide an indoor space, like a garage, where we can complete the detail. We aim to proceed with the detailing work, at least partially, despite the rain whenever possible. If conditions make detailing impractical, we will reschedule your appointment to the earliest convenient time, taking weather conditions into account.

    What is a rinseless wash?


    • We prefer using a rinseless wash because it offers an efficient, eco-friendly way to clean vehicles without creating a mess. This method not only conserves water but is also safe and effective on all paint colors and types, including vehicles with paint protection film or ceramic coatings. Rinseless wash allows us to clean your car thoroughly while saving time and resources, making it an ideal choice for maintaining your vehicle's cleanliness and shine with minimal environmental impact.

    Why don't you offer a wax and sealant combo?


    • We choose not to offer a wax and sealant option because we utilize a graphene ceramic spray, which offers superior benefits for your vehicle's paint and clear coat protection. This innovative product not only provides an exceptional gloss finish but also aids in the drying process by acting as a lubricant, and enhances the vehicle's water beading capabilities. While traditional wax and sealant can offer protection for a similar timeframe of about 3 to 6 months, the graphene ceramic spray's advanced formula delivers these additional advantages, making it our preferred choice for safeguarding your vehicle.

    What's the difference between the graphene ceramic spray and a ceramic coating?


    • Graphene ceramic spray provides a convenient and cost-effective solution for enhancing your vehicle’s surface protection and hydrophobic properties, with reapplication needed every few weeks for best results. It's perfect for those seeking regular maintenance and added resilience. Ceramic coatings, while offering a longer-lasting, durable layer against environmental damages and adding a glossy finish, are significantly more expensive and involve a more complex application process. At this time, we do not offer ceramic coating services, focusing instead on delivering high-quality graphene ceramic spray applications that strike a balance between performance and affordability.

    Do I need to provide anything once you arrive?


    • Yes, upon our arrival, we will need access to a water supply and electricity within 50 feet of the vehicle. Please be assured that our detailing process is designed to be highly efficient, utilizing minimal water and electricity. The majority of our detailing work is performed manually, emphasizing precision and care over resource usage.

    How do I pay?


    • We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Payment is processed once the final walkaround has been completed with your detail technician, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our service.

    Will my interior be wet when you are done?


    • Your interior should not remain wet after our detailing service, a point we'll discuss more thoroughly during our initial conversation. Given the advancements in vehicle electronics, including seat warmers, airbags, and other features, we aim to avoid using extraction or steam cleaning methods whenever possible. Our advanced waterless interior cleaners are highly effective, allowing us to clean your car's interior without relying on excessive moisture. In cases of particularly stubborn stains or dirt on cloth or carpets, we'll use the minimal amount of moisture necessary and always inform you before proceeding. Rest assured, we prioritize your vehicle's integrity and your satisfaction, ensuring nothing is done without your informed consent.

    Will your process damage my wrap, ceramic coating, or remove the wax I have on the vehicle?


    • Our detailing process and products are meticulously chosen to safeguard the existing protective technologies on your vehicle. The only exception is wax, which may be removed during the clay bar decontamination phase. However, there's no need for concern, as any package requiring clay bar or clay towel decontamination includes the application of a graphene ceramic spray to reinstate your car's protection. Rest assured, wraps, ceramic coatings and paint protective film will not be affected by our detailing methods.

    • Choosing the right package is crucial for both of us: it helps us allocate the appropriate amount of time for your vehicle, and it ensures you receive the services your car needs. If you have a clear understanding of your vehicle's requirements, we encourage you to review our package options carefully and select the one that suits your needs, whether it's interior, exterior, or both. Additionally, if you're considering specialized services like polish or a two-step correction, please indicate this when booking. This information is vital for us to schedule sufficient time for your vehicle and avoid any potential booking conflicts.

    • It's important to note that while the initial choice is made through our website, the final decision on the services to be performed will be determined in person, based on our professional assessment of your vehicle. Upon closer inspection, we might find that certain services you thought necessary may not be needed, and conversely, additional services might be recommended. Our aim is to ensure your vehicle receives exactly what it needs, which is why we plan for the most comprehensive scenario to begin with.

    How many hours should I book?


    • Interior or Exterior Packages (Without Polish): If your booking includes either an interior or an exterior package without the addition of polish, please select the 4-hour option. This allows us ample time to meticulously address your vehicle's needs without the complexity of polishing.

    • Exterior Package with Polish: Adding a polish to your exterior wash requires more detailed work. For these appointments, please book a 5-hour slot to ensure we can achieve the perfect finish.

    • Combined Interior and Exterior Package: For clients opting to treat their vehicles to both interior and exterior packages, an 8-hour booking is necessary. This duration accommodates the comprehensive care and attention both aspects demand.

    • Full Package with Polish: If you're looking to pamper your vehicle with both interior and exterior packages, topped off with a polish for that extra shine, a 10-hour booking will be required. This extended period allows us to deliver a transformation that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.
